DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION TO PURCHASE A CPAP MACHINE?

YES. We need a valid prescription. Once the CPAP machine is purchased, either upload your prescription on the product page or email us the prescription to info@roiducpap.com

If you are an existing user and cant find your prescription, please email us or call us.

The CPAP Machine will be calibrated according to your prescription.

ARE THE PRODUCTS NEW OR REFURBISHED?

All our products are brand new, in the box, purchased directly from the manufacturer. We are authorized dealers for Resmed, Philips and Fisher Paykel.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from our Quebec warehouse unless emailed otherwise due to rupture of inventory. All of our orders are shipped with Canada Post Signature and a tracking number will be provided.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE?

YES. We provide customer service by phone between 8am and 5pm EST you can call us at 866-476-4821. We speak English and French. After hours requests will be answered by our AI customer service agent.
