Cleaning information
For best hygiene results and to avoid bacterial contamination, the water chamber tank should be emptied daily. This humidity chamber for DreamStation is dishwasher safe. It should be cleaned by hand daily with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. It must be disinfected once a week. The chamber should be replaced as needed whenever it appears damaged or worn. For complete operating instructions, please see the user manual provided with your device.
Usage Information
It is recommended that you always use deionized or distilled water at room temperature in your tank to avoid the corrosive buildup of calcium and limescale that can develop with the use of standard tap water.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION TO PURCHASE A CPAP MACHINE?
YES. We need a valid prescription. Once the CPAP machine is purchased, either upload your prescription on the product page or email us the prescription to info@roiducpap.com
If you are an existing user and cant find your prescription, please email us or call us.
The CPAP Machine will be calibrated according to your prescription.
ARE THE PRODUCTS NEW OR REFURBISHED?
All our products are brand new, in the box, purchased directly from the manufacturer. We are authorized dealers for Resmed, Philips and Fisher Paykel.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from our Quebec warehouse unless emailed otherwise due to rupture of inventory. All of our orders are shipped with Canada Post Signature and a tracking number will be provided.
